Ingredients
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 tbs instant yeast
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup dried milk
- 1/4 cup instant potato flakes
- 1 tbs salt
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- (add vital wheat gluten and dough enhancer for an even better slicing sandwich bread)
Instructions
- Add water, yeast, honey and all liquids to the bowl.
- Then add solids.
- Add flour last.
- Hand mix.
- Place onto an oil board and hand knead 10 minutes.
- Rest dough for 1-3 minutes if need be.
- Rise in an oil bowl for 60 min until doubles in size.
- Punch dough down.
- Shape and place into loaf pan.
- Rise 45 min.
- Bake 350 degrees for 30-35min.
