The PERFECT pizza dough recipe! I use this for EVERYTHING.... from making 2 large pizza's to making a full square tray of pizza, to making bread-sticks! I even make my own pizza rolls, stuffed calazone's and pizza rolls with this recipe. I LOVE IT!

Ingredients
  1. 3 cups warm water
  2. 2 tablespoons instant yeast
  3. 2 tablespoons sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon salt
  5. 3 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 6 to 8 cups all purpose flour
  7. *optional 1 tsp of your FAVORITE spices..... sometimes I add granulated garlic, sweet basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano..... the sky is the limit!
Instructions
  1. This can be done by hand OR using a stand mixer.
  2. Add warm water to bowl.
  3. Add yeast.
  4. Add sugar.
  5. Add flour.
  6. Add salt.
  7. Add oil.
  8. Add seasonings which are optional.
  9. Blend until well incorporated and a dough ball forms.
  10. Knead 5 minutes.
  11. Remove from bowl and shape into pretty dough ball.
  12. Add oil to bottom of empty bowl then place your dough ball in the bowl and cover in oil.
  13. Set aside in a warm area and allow to rise until double in size. This can take 30-45 minutes.
  14. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  15. Punch dough down.
  16. Divide into 2 round balls.
  17. Shape pizza dough on pizza pan.
  18. Layer toppings of your choice.
  19. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Noreen’s Sandwich Bread Loaf

This recipe comes from my sister-friend Noreen from Noreen’s Kitchen.  It is the BEST sandwich loaf I have tried to bake, to date. It is incredible. I use this recipe for MANY breads. Noreen’s Sandwich Bread Loaf:
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tbl granulated sugar
2 tbl soft butter
1 tsp salt
2 tbl milk powder
1 1/2 cups warm water
4 cups bread flour

In my kitchenaid Stand Mixer I add in this order:
warm water
yeast
sugar
butter
milk powder
flour
salt

Using dough hook attachment, mix on level 2 until dough ball forms, then set timer to knead it for 5 minutes.

Remove from mixing bowl, form into ball, place in oiled bowl and cover for 1 hour. Punch dough, remove, lay flat on board, press out remaining air bubble, roll into loaf shape tucking in ends and pinching dough…. place in oiled bread pan and allow to rise 1 hour…… remove tea towel, and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-35 minutes. Once removed, coat top of bread with butter to keep the top soft.
