Ingredients
  1. 2 cups warm water
  2. 1 tbs instant yeast
  3. 1/2 cup honey
  4. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  5. 1/4 cup dried milk
  6. 1/4 cup instant potato flakes
  7. 1 tbs salt
  8. 3 cups all purpose flour
  9. 3 cups whole wheat flour
  10. (add vital wheat gluten and dough enhancer for an even better slicing sandwich bread)
Instructions
  1. Add water, yeast, honey and all liquids to the bowl.
  2. Then add solids.
  3. Add flour last.
  4. Hand mix.
  5. Place onto an oil board and hand knead 10 minutes.
  6. Rest dough for 1-3 minutes if need be.
  7. Rise in an oil bowl for 60 min until doubles in size.
  8. Punch dough down.
  9. Shape and place into loaf pan.
  10. Rise 45 min.
  11. Bake 350 degrees for 30-35min.
