The PERFECT pizza dough recipe! I use this for EVERYTHING.... from making 2 large pizza's to making a full square tray of pizza, to making bread-sticks! I even make my own pizza rolls, stuffed calazone's and pizza rolls with this recipe. I LOVE IT!

Ingredients
  1. 3 cups warm water
  2. 2 tablespoons instant yeast
  3. 2 tablespoons sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon salt
  5. 3 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 6 to 8 cups all purpose flour
  7. *optional 1 tsp of your FAVORITE spices..... sometimes I add granulated garlic, sweet basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano..... the sky is the limit!
Instructions
  1. This can be done by hand OR using a stand mixer.
  2. Add warm water to bowl.
  3. Add yeast.
  4. Add sugar.
  5. Add flour.
  6. Add salt.
  7. Add oil.
  8. Add seasonings which are optional.
  9. Blend until well incorporated and a dough ball forms.
  10. Knead 5 minutes.
  11. Remove from bowl and shape into pretty dough ball.
  12. Add oil to bottom of empty bowl then place your dough ball in the bowl and cover in oil.
  13. Set aside in a warm area and allow to rise until double in size. This can take 30-45 minutes.
  14. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  15. Punch dough down.
  16. Divide into 2 round balls.
  17. Shape pizza dough on pizza pan.
  18. Layer toppings of your choice.
  19. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cups warm water
  2. 2 tsp instant yeast
  3. 2 tbs sugar
  4. 4 cups all purpose flour
  5. 2 tbs softened butter
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 2 tbs milk powder
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  9. 1/4 cup raisins
  10. 1/4 cup dried cranberries OR craisins
swirl
  1. 2tbs softened butter
  2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  3. 2 tsp cinnamon.
Instructions
  1. Add warm water and instant yeast to mixing bowl of your stand mixer.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Add flour.
  4. Add butter, salt and milk powder.
  5. Mix dough using dough hook until a dough ball forms..... on level 2 power.
  6. Once a dough ball forms, set a timer for 5 min and knead dough on level 2.
  7. After 5 minutes, add raisins and cranberry's and continue to knead for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Place in owl well sprayed with non-stick spray and allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  9. Punch dough down.
  10. Remove from bowl and press flat.
  11. Spread butter onto one side of your dough.
  12. Add brown sugar.
  13. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  14. Roll dough forming a loaf.
  15. Place into sprayed brad pan.
  16. Cover and allow to rise 30 min.
  17. Bake in an oven set at 350 degree's for 30 min or until golden brown and when thumped, sounds hallow inside.
  18. Allow to cool in bread pan for 10 minutes.
  19. Remove from pan and continue to allow to cool on rack.
  20. ENJOY!

Nutella Brioche Star Bread

Ingredients:
3/4 cup warm milk
2 tsp instant yeast
3-4 cups of bread flour (start with 3, then add flour little by little until your dough is perfect!)
1/3 cup sugar
pinch of salt
2 tbs melted butter
2 egg yolks

egg whites set aside to coat the bread before baking.

1st rise is 2-2 1/2 hours
2nd rise is 20-30 min

bake 350 degrees for 15-20 min. 😀

Pepperoni Bread

Pepperoni Bread
Follow the Pizza Dough Recipe, listed below. Then, after it’s risen….. do the following with the dough:

Ingredients:
1 beaten egg white
1-2 packages Pepperoni
1-block mozzarella cheese, grated
Pizza Seasoning….. recipe posted on page.

Lay out your dough. stretch it out, forming a square. You can even use your rolling pin to make it easier.  Sprinkle a good layer of cheese. Top cheese with a good layer of pepperoni….making sure the entire dough surface is covered. Then sprinkle additional cheese on top of pepperoni. Sprinkle pizza seasoning. then roll the dough tightly into a roll shape…. starting at one end, rolling tightly. Pinch dough seam together. tuck ends in and pinch together. flip over roll, baste with beaten egg white…then sprinkle pizza spice on dough. cut air vents/slits into the top. Bake in a 400 degree oven for roughly 30 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool slightly to make slicing easier.

Pepperoni Bread

Easy Pizza Dough

Pizza Dough:
*1 tbs yeast
*2 cups WARM water
*1 tsp sugar
*3 tbs oil (i used EVOO)
*2 tsp salt
*5 cups flour

Add yeast to warm water
Add sugar, oil, and salt. Stir.
Add 4 cups flour. Stir.
Drop out of bowl onto floured board or counter.
Knead in by hand your remaining 1 cup of flour.
Place back into bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and allow it to rise 30 min.
Remove from bowl, then in a circular motion starting with the center, begin to stretch dough outwards.
Place on a pizza pan or cookie sheet (if making a square pizza) and continue to stretch dough outwards, forming the pizza crust.

Cover with sauce.
Top with cheese.
Add toppings of your choice.

Bake at 450 degree’s for 20-30 min.

Pizza Sauce:
6oz can of tomato paste
2 cups water
1 tsp italian seasonings
1 tsp granulated garlic
a pinch of salt
a pinch of sugar

add paste to pot. then whisk in water. add spices. bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened to your liking. Make sure you taste test and adjust seasoning to your liking.Easy Pizza Dough Cooked
