Preheat oven 30 minutes before cooking roast to 500 degrees.
Place seasoned roast on foil, wrap tightly to form a packet.
Place on cookie sheet.
Place roast in oven and cook for 6 minutes per pound of roast! Example: 3lb roast will cook for 18 minutes.
Shut off oven after cooking time is up.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR!
Allow your roast to sit for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, remove roast, open foil packet, and you will have the most perfectly cooked, tender & juicy roast!
