Ingredients
  1. 1 Lemon, sliced thin with seeds removed
  2. 1 Pint Apple Pear Syrup OR 1 cup water
  3. 1 cup sugar
Instructions
  1. Bring sugar and water to boil.
  2. Add lemons (sliced)
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until rinds are nearly clear.
  4. Drain on a rack until excess syrup is dripped off then eat or refrigerate and eat later.
  5. Store in glass jar.
