Cider-Mill Doughnut Muffins

Cider-Mill Doughnut Muffins
1 3/4 cup AP Flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup vegetable OR canola oil
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup milk

Combine dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients.
Stir together until well incorporated without over mixing.

Spoon into muffin pan or cups
Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Topping:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

While cupcakes are still HOT, dip them into 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick) then roll tops into the sugar and cinnamon topping and allow to cool. Enjoy!
